Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with good communication skills and would be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:ReceivingProcess ALL incoming receipts by end of day. Verify Vendors packing slip is accurate to Epicor PO and what was physically received. Notify Purchasing immediately if incorrect.Lot numbers received into Epicor must reflect Vendors packing slips. Label with appropriate labels.Put away materials in proper locations, along with Epicor transactions being complete. Within 24 hours of receipt.Notify Inspection of all product ready to be inspected, remove all inspected product from hold cage daily.ShippingPrint out pick lists (including backorders) every morning, review daily shipments on our weekly ship log after planning meeting. Any pre-picked product MUST be verified and shipped through Epicor first thing. Then re-print to catch any missed product ready for shipment.Pull product for each pick ticket, MUST follow FIFO, fill out load sheet, wrap pallets and CLEARLY identify in black marker the following...Customer Name, Pallet number, and CarrierCreate Packing Slip, Cert of Compliance, SLI and any other required documentation. Request Invoices as needed from Accounting. Load sheets MUST be included with the packing slips AND attached to the BOL.Request pick-ups per routing instructions on pick list. Create BOL's and other carrier documents as needed.All outgoing product MUST be loaded by Thermotech employees. Driver's CANNOT load their own product.Participate in physical inventory, and cycle counts per the process.Maintain work centers and warehouse areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times.Operate forklift and other material handling/warehouse equipment safely per certification. Fill out daily inspection forklift logs on each shift! Charge batteries and fill with water as required. Report any damages to racking immediately to your supervisor and EHS specialist. Complete any other duties as assignedMINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR DESIGNATION REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED required. Requires the ability to use simple arithmetic, read, and write job language, and interpret shipping schedules and rate schedules as well as export and inventory procedures.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Over six months of related manufacturing experience. Knowledge of freight receiving and inventory control procedures. Working knowledge of computerized inventory and manufacturing system and be able to use SAP accurately and effectively.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have reliable transportation, willing and able to work overtime.
