Sales Support Representative

Randstad is pairing with a telecommunications company in Timonium, MD to add a Sales Support Specialist to their team!                                                                         



- Provide customer support by assisting with sales procedures
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Provide quotes and other product information



- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
