We are looking for passionate, self-driven individuals. As a Sales Coach at Beekeeper you will own, develop and drive Sales Onboarding and Sales Enablement programs. You will partner with the Sales Leadership team to improve current sales workflows and develop new workflows that support and excel the sales team.

As a Sales Enablement Manager you will ensure that every salesperson has the necessary and foundational sales skills, acquires the knowledge and develops the behaviors for success. This role will support our sales goals by creating onboarding and ongoing sales enablement content as we scale the team. You will drive towards a best in class sales team, over-achieving growth and efficiency targets. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a Sales Enablement charter, framework and roadmap
  • Manage and align stakeholders cross-functionally on priorities and enablement plans
  • Design, develop and orchestrate the Sales Onboarding program
  • Design, develop and manage the Sales Assessment program
  • Design, develop and deliver sales trainings & initiatives
  • Put in place a Sales Manager coaching program
  • Coach the sales team along the sales cycle for continuous improvement
  • Deliver sales methodology coaching, using various enablement channels
  • Partner with other teams to incorporate enablement content, assets, and resources including case studies, customer stories, heroes journeys, playbooks, ROI tools, etc.
  • Measure results of enablement programs and analyse sales metrics to identify gaps and define the most impactful enablement needed to increase performance

What we look for in you

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience (in the capacity of a Sales Coach, Corporate Trainer, Sales Trainer, or related title)
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering sales enablement programs and initiatives to a global sales team
  • 2+ years in a quota carrying sales role
  • 2+ years experience in a role that has targets/KPIs that contribute to overall sales goals / company goals
  • Experience working in SaaS sales (required)
  • Trains and coaches teams on sales fundamentals, in partnership with sales managers in order to drive higher sales performance
  • Creating ownership and accountability of sales results
  • Great presentation and engagement skills; ability to present to a large audience and in 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Assimilates product-, industry-, sales tools/process-, organizational structure-, and culture knowledge to create learning experiences and a culture that is truly anchored in, and supportive
  • A reference - in designing, developing and delivering effective coaching and learning programs
  • Strong, team-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate successfully in a team environment
  • Passionate about learning, with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
