The Regional Sales Marketing Lead will partner with sales and operations partners to develop marketing strategies by assessing local trends, consumer and market information. This role will also be responsible for implementing marketing plans, collaborating with the Retail Marketing team and agency partners in the development of marketing tactics and media plans.

    Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales and operations leadership within the regions gaining alignment initiatives to support business goals.

  • Develop reporting framework to analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, tracking against defined marketing goal

  • Develop market strategy planning framework for planning and marketing tactics across product, provider, sales and community engagement – recommend strategic direction

  • Elevate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in order to continuously learn from marketing efforts and improve future campaigns

  • Knowledge of traditional and advanced marketing tactics, performance analytics, and ability to think conceptually and strategically with a high-level of influence on the tactical execution of marketing

  • Role Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other

  • 7+ years of market planning/strategy experience with a thorough understanding of sales operations

  • 2+ years of project leadership experience with outstanding, demonstrated project management skills

  • Advanced experience using marketing analytics/reporting to drive strategy

  • Experience managing external vendors/agency partners

  • Strong, demonstrated strategic skills and consulting skills

  • Ability to influence, and collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization

  • The successful candidate will be an action-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

  • Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M

  • This role will require occasional overnight travel

  • Roles Desirables

  • Master’s Degree of Business Administration or other advanced degree

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership

  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that demonstrate results

  • Prior insurance based healthcare marketing experience
