As a Production Group Customer Manager, you will ensure the profitable growth of Product Group sales with your customer in charge worldwide, defining the commercial strategy in coordination with Product Group and drive CDP process accordingly.

Your challengeYou manage the relationship with your customer, representing Product Group concerned and coordinate actions worldwide.

You ensure the preferred interface between your Customer and the Product Group, and the Product Group Sales Representative for the Customer worldwide.

You ensure consistent level of information regarding your specific client across the entire sales network.

You coordinate global RFQs and ensure responsibility for consistency of selling prices worldwide.

You participate in the CAA validation process for its customer globally.

You finalize global negotiations with the Customer in terms of business acquisition, annual productivity and raw material pass through for his/her Product Group.

You manage communication in crisis situations to ensure that relationships with the Customer are not potentially damaged.

You coordinate important Customer visits.

You collaborate to Innovation Tech Days in co-operation with Product Marketing and R&D.You establish a permanent contact with the Business Group Customer Director.

You manage Product Group sales network dedicated to his/her customer.

You manage the Key Account Managers dedicated to this customer.

You coordinate the commercial budget & MTP and drive CDP process for his/her customer in the Product Group.

You drive the CDP process for your customer (s) in the Product Group (definition of the key targets in terms of Regions, Platforms), challenge these targets and consolidate the CDP for the Product Group.

You prepare and update once a year the Product Group Customer Development Plan from information provided by all regions.

You coordinate the commercial budget & MTP for the Customer in all geographical zones, by ensuring the coherence of the global budget & MTP of the Product Group in respect to the Customer.

You liaison with the regions, propose the commercial objectives and strategic projects to be obtained in order to ensure profitable growth.

The Product Group Customer Manager is accountable for:

You deliver Product Group commercial objectives with a given customer:
Growth, Turnover, Market shares, Order Intake, Price Management.

You propose the Product Group sales strategy to develop our market shares worldwide in your Product Group.

You ensure Product Group Customer Development Plan reliability & consistency with MTP/budget.

You ensure consistency of the regional selling prices. Let's talk about you.

You have a Bachelor degree in Sales or Engineering. MBA preferred.

You have 8 years experience in automotive sales or purchasing, preferably with global customer managment
