We strive to be an employer of choice Overview: The Microsoft Policy Governance Team is developing a chatbot to help Microsoft employees get fast and accurate answers to their Microsoft policy questions. The content writer will have the chance to establish and evolve the content strategy for the chatbot as it-s being developed from the ground up. The content writer will communicate with program managers, engineers, policy owners, and team members to perform chatbot testing, analyze data, curate Q&A content, showcase the latest iterations to stakeholders and deliver on both the short-term and long-term roadmap. Top required skills: This role requires UX content strategy/copywriting experience, strong cross-functional communication skills, mastery of the English language, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint Online;and the ability to analyze and interpret Microsoft policy. Responsibilities: - Develop content for an internal chatbot, enabling Microsoft employees to get fast and accurate answers to their Microsoft policy questions - Write content for microcopy, error messages, user notifications, calls to action, email communications, and bot conversations - Analyze and interpret Microsoft policy in collaboration with program managers - Take an active role in planning bot conversation strategy and design, ensuring accuracy and compliance in chatbot answers while simplifying Microsoft policy for the user - Develop a content strategy by analyzing HR email dump files, Microsoft Policy, chatbot dump files, and chatbot testing sessions; perform research on chatbot best practices - Build and refine the chatbot-s Q&A knowledge base in collaboration with policy owners;use SharePoint to upload and copyedit the Q&A - Enrich bot content, identifying user gaps and needs - Continuously improve the bot content by organizing testing sessions and using data to inform the content strategy - Communicate across the team and organization, collaborating with engineers, program managers, content writers, and designers to communicate your content recommendations - Develop a deep understanding of the chatbot-s functionality - Regularly test the chatbot and report bugs and errors - Evolve the content strategy as the team trains the bot and uses AI to enhance its capabilities - Anticipate possible user interactions with the chatbot and create consistent, engaging content that meets users- needs - Use simple yet comprehensive language when crafting chatbot answers - Create a conversation style guide for the bot as needed - Balance business needs with those of the user; influence team members to take action based on your content recommendations - Develop a bot persona to ensure interactions are enjoyable, accurate, and engaging Qualifications: - Bachelor-s degree in English, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field - A portfolio that showcases your content strategy/copywriting/UX content work - 2 years professional copywriting or content strategy experience with a focus on UX copy;chat bot experience a plus - Mastery of the English language including grammar, punctuation, and style - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint - Able to meet tight deadlines with a strong multi-tasking ability to manage many projects at once - Strong organizational skills - Excellent cross-functional collaboration experience, both written and verbal - Ability to deal with ambiguity and constant change in chatbot design thinking and processes - Enthusiasm for AI and technology;experience with a conversational AI platform a plus - Detail-oriented content writer who uses data and creativity to solve problems - Experience following a style guide;familiarity with the Microsoft Style Guide a plus - Data-driven copywriting experience a plus Email resume to me at: Harneet.Sapraus.sogeti.com Minimum education qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
