Job Description:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting across a variety of functions such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Management, Services, or some of our Enabling Functions. The responsibilities of the role will cover all areas of the talent journey, driving engagement and a robust & positive experience for all candidates at all levels, from job posting to assessment and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract the best talent.
Success in this role looks like:
You will establish yourself as a subject matter expert and consultative advisor in the recruiting process. You will engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, Hiring Managers and the HR function across the business to ensure we employ recruiting strategies that build high performing teams and organizations.

You are passionate about recruiting. You are highly consultative, can assess business context and put in to place practical solutions that deliver results. You understand the fundamentals of full lifecycle recruiting and have delivered successfully in a corporate or agency environment. You are a solution oriented and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills that influence action. You are highly consultative, and use data to provide insights to lead to the best outcomes. You are or want to become a domain expert for the clients you serve. Lastly, you love to make improvements in the way you work, and bring a lean mindset to the way you work with your clients.
Your Role:
Lead strategic/niche recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines including Digital Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing.
Collaborate with TA team members, individual Hiring Managers, Department Leaders, HR counterparts and all candidates to execute recruiting outcomes.
Deliver comprehensive support to your clients to fulfill recruiting strategy through a wing to wing recruitment process, effectively prioritizing workload.
Lead specialized recruitment programs to address unusual needs and spikes in hiring volume and/or develop proactive pipelines.
Engage with the passive talent market and craft sourcing strategies and pipelines using various methods.
Act as a strong partner across businesses and TA teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner.
Set high recruitment standards, always taking into consideration operational excellence, opportunities for lean and compliance.
Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability/competency based assessments during their interview.
Maintain strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the company.
Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE's Brand Strategy
Effectively manage the GE candidate experience to ensure it's positive and represents the company effectively.
Provide ad hoc market intelligence data to hiring team and business, combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used at business strategy.
Maintain a regular operating cadence with clients to drive progress.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working as a recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner in a high-performance, contemporary and integrated Talent Acquisition function or agency environment
At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience in one or more of the following areas: Engineering, Supply Chain, Services or Product Mgmt.
Exposure to talent acquisition client management /account management role working across a variety of stakeholders
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience leading broad multi-stakeholder recruiting projects
Demonstrated experience using a range of passive sourcing tools
Prior experience with Workday and CRM technology
Strong consultative and influencing skills
Experience leveraging data to drive outcomes
Passion to deliver high quality customer service to internal clients and external candidates
This role can be done remotely in Eastern or Central US or at one of the following major GE locations (US Atlanta, Greenville SC, Schenectady)
