Together with our community partners and supporters, we give every girl the opportunity to realize the Power of Her. We have an expressed motivation to support girls in any difficult time and to address their trauma; educating girls on race, racism, and social justice; giving them the tools to understand and debate a charged situation and to use critical thinking skills to make decisions; and finally, take community action. We also include gender non-conforming youth into our programming.

Currently, we plan and coordinate hybrid, virtual, and in-person programmatic activities. In Fall 2022, this role will also feature in person programming in accordance with school district guidelines and in response to changing safety and health policies and procedures. Hybrid program delivery consists of online virtual programmatic activities staffed by this role, and also in-person programmatic activities hosted at our physical locations. Girls Inc.
