About the Role:

We're hiring for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Irving, TX! This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of high-impact content marketing and SEO. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating, developing, and implementing integrated marketing content that drives brand awareness and lead generation.

We're seeking a results-oriented, driven, and collaborative team player who takes ownership of projects and works constructively with internal/external teams and vendors. This position will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will play a key role in creating compelling branded content and drives quality outcomes to meet internal KPIs.

What You'll Do:

Develop, deploy, and manage B2B and B2C content marketing calendar for blogs and other content as necessary.

Coordinate and build content for integrated marketing campaigns

Maintain content inventory and manage multiple content writers to produce content with varying writing styles.

Strong knowledge of SEO including tools to implement SEO-friendly content

Proficient in analyzing performance using Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations

Collaborate with all members of the marketing team on organic social media posts, email campaigns and other content collateral.

Stay on top of content marketing trends and create new ideas for the team to explore

Conduct A/B testing and make improvements as needed.

A Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent degree2-3 years of content marketing and SEOA knack for writing or collaborating on engaging copy. Subject lines are your jam.

Previous experience with marketing automation software

Strong verbal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to work optimally across internal and external organizations.

Solid project management and organizational skills with hands-on experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously to meet timelines

Possess outstanding analytical, and research skills

The ability to work autonomously and proactively problem solve with sound business judgement, while maintaining strong attention to detail
