A performance ECD will direct the strategy, development, innovation and production of creative assets across the consumer journey. They will partner closely with marketing segment and channel leads to understand business goals and consumer needs. You also know when you’re not and need to find one.You use all this - to make things happen, create amazing work and inspire others.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or military experience.At least 10 years of experience leading creative development teamsPreferred QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience leading and directing large, multi-discipline creative teams.At least 8 years of digital or mobile campaign experience at an Advertising Agency, Studio Agency or Corporate in house creative team.At least 3 years leading an in-house creative team. Direct management of a creative team of 15+ people.Creative portfolio that includes produced work for large, integrated marketing campaigns.Direct experience leading creative development for a large Brand.At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
