Precision Home Pros is looking for individuals who are energetic, outgoing, social, authentic and results driven as you will be collaborating with our both our clients and their customers to enhance their hospitality experience, brand awareness and achieve customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Be knowledgeable of our clients’ products and services to answer any questions that arise
  • Assist in organizing, evaluating and planning marketing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, following up on requests and questions in a timely manner
  • Create a unique experience for customers by forming relationships that provide service and support for our clients and their customers
  • Perform a variety of clerical and office duties
  • Attend weekly meetings to discuss trends and new information

Ideal Candidates should possess the following qualities:

  • Great communicator
  • Creative, ability to think outside the box
  • Able to maintain a positive and energetic attitude
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Critical thinker, looking for ways to improve
  • Team player, able to take direction and show initiative
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven
  • One or more years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred
