Join a values-driven team that is passionate about transforming people's experience of child welfare and mental health services.A national survey shows that our 1,500 team members across five states are significantly more engaged and satisfied than the average worker due to KVC's inspiring mission, tremendous flexibility, inclusive culture, and robust compensation and benefits.The Case Manager will:provide case management and aftercare services as required by our contract and licensing regulations.is responsible for documentation on individual resident treatment plans, admissions and discharges, coordinating care and partnering with birth/foster families to ensure our residents' needs are met.monitor and support staff and youth in the residence and provide staff training.Salary ranges from $36,000 - $43, 000 depending upon education and experience. Must be 21 years old to apply.Minimum Requirements:Education:Bachelors in the fields of social work, psychology, family studies, counseling or other related social services disciplines.Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license and auto insurance.Experience:Two years experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Preferred Experience/Skills:Experience working in a group home/residential setting and/or as a case manager. Supervisory experience in a child care or juvenile justice agency serving of the same age.
