Banquet Server

We are on the hunt for multiple experienced SERVERS/BANQUET SERVER to join our talented team and help execute an outstanding guest experience. In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality service that meets client's expectations while being a team player on our exceptional team.

SERVERS/BANQUET SERVER Hours vary by clients' needs

SERVER/BANQUET SERVER's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.

SERVER/BANQUET SERVER ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas
• To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible

SERVER/BANQUET SERVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• To arrive at work for scheduled shifts and be punctual, always following company absence, lateness procedure if unable to do so
• To provide a speedy, efficient, and professional level of service at all times
• To treat company property with due care and attention
• To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are always efficient and profitable as possible
• To be responsive to any guest’s request

SERVER/BANQUET SERVER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM SERVER/BANQUET SERVER JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time
• Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively; Kneel, squat, stoop and crouch frequently

SERVER/BANQUET SERVER EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM SERVER/BANQUET SERVER DUTIES:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent BUT OPEN to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules
