Availability: 6 Full-Time Positions, 4 Part-Time Positions, Internships now available Compensation: Between $500 to $700 weekly (bonuses & incentives also included) Please note: No experience is necessary for this position as we provide full training and on-going support. This role would therefore be suitable for people who are looking to enter the workforce, school leavers or career changers who would like to be part of our fun team What's in it for you? Responsibilities include; Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their needs Answering customer’s inquiries and providing excellent standards of customer service Ensure Adherence to processes to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at ground level Involvement in motivational activities and implementing feedback and coaching Ensuring data security Increasing of the clients’ brand awareness through sales and marketing techniques We welcome applicants from different backgrounds.
