Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems. This is Lockheed Martins lead business unit for research development and production of manned and unmanned ground-vehicle systems, electro-optical and smart munitions systems and is a pioneer in the field of versatile, high-performance missile and rocket technology.


MFC is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to develop embedded and application software. Selected candidate will integrate algorithms into C++ or C# applications. Candidate is expected to be proficient in C/C++ and C#. It is desirable to has experience w/ both Windows Visual Studio & Linux based C/C++, C# development.


The candidate should be driven, self-managed, must have excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a rapid paced, team environment.


Candidates filling this position will need a clearance at the level specified in Clearance Level or will need the ability to get a clearance if not specified.

**Basic Qualifications:**

C++ 11 or later

C# 7.0 or later
