Job Title Creative Director Location West Los Angeles, CA Onsite, Direct Hire Salary DOE Job Summary of the Creative Director role Integr8staff is looking for a proven, strategic and award-winning Creative Director who will be able to lead a robust team through strategic concepting, integrated production, pitches, and day-to-day creative team management. Adaptability, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills are required. Additionally, the Creative Director should be hands-on and willing to work on a wide range of project and clients alike. This is an exciting role with a thriving, up-and-coming, disruptive ad agency seeking to build a team and portfolio of excellence Responsibilities of the Creative Director role Build and improve the structure for a high-performing creative team Manage the creative process from concept to completion Lead the creative process of digital, social, display, video, experiential and traditional campaigns. Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies Work closely with project and account teams to ensure deliverables Lead and direct the creative team in the development and production of all marketing campaigns Ensure that visual communication and brand standards are met and a high level. Oversee and lead client pitches and proposals Assist in the oversight of profitability, quality of deliverables, timelines and budgets Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff Manage and cultivate the career development of staff including designers, art directors and copywriters and more. Stay up to date with current creative and marketing trends Requirements of the Creative Director role At least a Bachelors Degree in a creative, marketing or related field. 7 Years in a successful creative leadership role; Creative Director, Senior Art Director, etc. Versatile skills in both designing concepts and creative writing Highly conceptual with new, fresh, big brand ideas. Health, regulated and cause marketing and integrated advertising experience required A successful track record in building and leading a creative team Ad agency experience is a MUST Updated resume and samples of related work/ portfolio/ reel is required for consideration.
