This could be YOU in your role as Client Success Director in the Accounting/Finance Talent community at LLoyd Staffing.This highly entrepreneurial role finds you building a practice by developing new business for finance-related clients and creating a candidate pipeline for the Accounting Talent community. We are looking for someone who has sold for or within the Finance space – be it product or service OR someone with prior experience recruiting/placing Accounting talent. We want to tap into your Subject Matter Expertise in Accounting to provide a consultative approach to employers seeking to add to their teams and to candidates seeking new career opportunities or contract engagements.The descriptive words for this individual are "hustle, grit, drive and success oriented."It will require the ability to SELL, along with leadership skills, relationship building and more.The earnings potential is purely dependent on your ability to make things happen. You know the industry - leverage that knowledge to recruit talent & to identify employers seeking to hire. What you'll doBe a member of the LLoyd team responsible for building and managing a specific practice in the consulting/interim executive spaceDrive business development efforts by establishing and building strategic relationships with Technology community leadersAchieve sales goals and objectives that support the continued growth of LLoydRecruit, interview and assess consulting talent based on skill-set and alignment to LLoyd and our client’s needs.Collaborate and Create synergy opportunities with other LLoyd CSD’sActively participate in professional networking organizations to represent Lloyd in the communityServe as a Trusted Advisor and SME to our client and consultant communityCreate an overall “Experience” for our clients & consultantsBe responsible for consistently achieving sales goals and strategic objectives Position is based in our Melville, NY headquarters with the possibility of some days per month in our midtown Manhattan location in the Penn Station vicinity.
