Accounting/Finance Advisory- Sr. Associate to Sr Manager Position Available Why is This a Great Opportunity? Our client is a major Accounting & Finance advisory firm that specializes in value-added accounting and finance projects/engagements. The firm is located in major metro markets and works with Fortune 1000 level clients throughout the United States. Our client has needs from the Senior Associate to Senior Manager level. This role is perfect for someone that wants to grow and development their technical skills in areas where they may not have had the opportunity to do so in external audit and/or industry/corporate. Compensation is extraordinary with a strong base salary plus an incentive compensation package that averages 30-40% of base. Job Description - Provide technical consulting services on client projects/engagements that encompass corporate accounting, technical accounting, process improvement, financial analysis, mergers/acquisitions, carve-outs, financial due diligence, etc. - Client projects/engagement average 3-6 months in length. - Candidate will work internally within the client's team. Qualifications - 3-10 years work experience (experience must include 3 external audit busy seasons). - Must have previous external audit experience from the Big 4 accounting firms (PwC, EY, Client, KPMG) or large national firms (RSM, Grant Thornton, BDO). - Experience can be straight public accounting or public accounting/industry combo mix. - Large, public company experience is highly preferred (this experience can be from work as an external auditor or corporate accounting/finance/audit role). - CPA or Chartered Accountant certification is required.
